BUILDERS REMARKS: Designer/Builders Robertson & Caine and Naval Architects Simonis-Voogd have set a new standard for contemporary cruising catamarans with the launch of the Leopard 40. The innovative interior layout, increased volume in the hulls, and expanded windows and doors that blur the lines between inside and out combine to make the interior space feel like a larger yacht. The unique forward-facing galley stands in front of a large window with an adjacent access door to the forward platform. Aft, a forward-facing settee and dining table are separated from the aft cockpit seating area by sliding glass doors. These doors and windows enhance the open concept feel, allow for exceptional ventilation, and facilitate easy navigation in and around the yacht.



BROKERS REMARKS: This is a 4 cabin layout with 2 heads and an ash white interior finish . For additional comfort this boat features a generator, air conditioning and solar panels that are fitted to the hard top Bimini. Boat is in very good condition and regularly maintained by our Base Team since arrival from the factory.

Die innovative Innenaufteilung, das gr ere Volumen in den R mpfen und die vergr erten Fenster und T ren, die verschwimmen Die Linien zwischen innen und au en sorgen daf r, dass sich der Innenraum wie eine gr ere Yacht anf hlt. Die einzigartige nach vorne gerichtete Komb se steht vor einem gro en Fenster mit einer angrenzenden Zugangst r zur vorderen Plattform. Im Heck befinden sich ein nach vorne gerichtetes Sofa und ein Esstisch, die durch Glasschiebet ren vom Sitzbereich im hinteren Cockpit getrennt sind. Diese T ren und Fenster verst rken das offene Konzeptgef hl, erm glichen eine au ergew hnliche Bel ftung und erleichtern die einfache Navigation in und um die Yacht.



ANMERKUNGEN DES MAKLERS: Dies ist ein 4-Kabinen-Layout mit 2 Toiletten und einer aschewei en Innenausstattung. F r zus tzlichen Komfort verf gt dieses Boot ber einen Generator, eine Klimaanlage und Sonnenkollektoren, die am Hardtop-Bimini angebracht sind. Das Boot ist in sehr gutem Zustand und wird seit der Ankunft im Werk regelm ig von unserem Basisteam gewartet.

L'am nagement int rieur innovant, l'augmentation du volume dans les coques et les fen tres et portes largies qui brouillent les lignes entre l'int rieur et l'ext rieur se combinent pour donner l'espace int rieur l'impression d' tre un yacht plus grand. L'office unique orient vers l'avant se trouve devant une grande fen tre avec une porte d'acc s adjacente la plate-forme avant. l'arri re, un canap et une table manger orient s vers l'avant sont s par s du coin salon arri re du cockpit par des portes coulissantes en verre. Ces portes et fen tres am liorent la sensation de concept ouvert, permettent une ventilation exceptionnelle et facilitent la navigation dans et autour du yacht.



REMARQUES DES COURTIERS : Il s'agit d'un am nagement 4 cabines avec 2 salles d'eau et une finition int rieure blanc fr ne. Pour plus de confort, ce bateau dispose d'un g n rateur, de la climatisation et de panneaux solaires install s sur le toit rigide Bimini.
